I am 350lbs and pregnant. I had no problem delivering my first 2 children, but I am slightly larger now. My doctor does not seem concerned. I have low blood pressure and have diabetes checks regualrily. I am taking folic acid. Can my baby be affected by my weight, and does it mean I have to have a c section if my other 2 were delivered vaginally?

I'm not aware of any data recommending caesar for overweight women. In general, surgical risks are higher in overweight women, so vaginal birth would seem to be preferable if there are no complications.
