What I am wondering is how a reduced pubic angle affects the delivery of the baby and how it would cause a c/section to be needed, if it would?
Are there ways to deliver even if it is thought that this is the case?
If I do have a reduced pubic angle then will i be able to ever deliver a baby or will it mean that I would have to have a c/section instead of VBAC?
Thanks
Rhonda

The pubic angle is part of an estimation of the size and shape of the mother's pelvis. I know of no trials that have shown that an estimation of pelvis size by clinical examination predicts VBAC rates or safety.
