I HAD A C-SECTION 10 DAYS AGO AND IT LOOKS LIKE MY CUT IS TRYING TO OPEN IN THE MIDDLE. I WANTED TO KNOW WHAT I COULD CLEAN IT OUT WITH UNTIL I COULD GET TO THE DOCTOR.

Sorry about the delay in answering - you have probably already received advice from your doctor. Any sort of weak antiseptic solution, or even clean water would be OK, but it is difficult to give advice without seeing the wound.
