The C-aware mailing list has been set up by Birthrites: Healing After Caesarean, to facilitate discussion and the sharing of information in relation to caesarean birth and vaginal birth after caesarean (VBAC).

This list has been set up so that all responses go straight back to the List, not to each individual responder. You will be able to post your own messages, as well as responding to messages from other members of our online community.

When you join and then post an email, your emails are viewed by everyone else who is a member, and they can also reply to any questions you may have asked. You also receive emails other that other people have sent to the list. Email lists are a great way of sharing information.
