Choosing a
C/section.
My first child was born via c section. When it came time
to decided which way to go (either try vb or cs) the doctor
suggested an ultra sound to check size of the second baby.
I was afraid of uterine rupture during delivery and then
ending up with another section anyway. The baby 4 weeks
prior to birth was 9lbs 4oz, the baby's weight helped me
decide to plan another section...was I ever glad I did, the
baby was 10 lbs 7 oz. The delivery and recovery went very
well. My husband and I feel that we made the best decision
for us. Thank goodness for medical advances and c sections!!
(a third baby??? hopefully soon.)
